The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast and bar/restaurant were really good. The place was a bit worn down and needed a deep clean.

Everything felt very fresh. The staff were outstanding, keeping things tidy all the time. The only issue was that the plates were too hot when we wanted cold food; the hot plates should have stayed with the hot dishes. I also disliked that guests couldn't close the lids on hot dishes, so they cooled down, like scrambled eggs or pancakes. The reception staff should have a smile and a welcoming attitude when you arrive and have requests.
