“They alloted us room No 402 @ 4th floor , it is stinking, no ventilation, no windows , arrogant s”

We were assigned room 402 on the 4th floor, which was stinking, had no ventilation or windows, and the reception staff were arrogant and didn’t help us with our luggage. The staff kept making a lot of noise. Even bigger hotels allow 24‑hour check‑in, but here it started after 11 AM, so it felt like a ploy to charge extra for early arrivals. The toilet door was completely soiled, the doorframe was dirty, and the corridor was full of garbage.

Everything was almost perfect.

The rooms were old and poorly maintained, the area was not good, so don’t book this property.

The location was decent, but the old building wasn’t maintained or cleaned properly. On the first day we were charged Rs.200 extra because the room wasn’t available, and on the last day we asked for a double‑bed room but they said we had to stay in the same room, so I asked for the double‑bed room’s rent and they shouted at me, ending up paying more than the online rate. The bathroom tiles and fittings were poor, the TV wasn’t provided, and we were charged more for facilities that weren’t there.

There was no cleanliness, a bad smell in the room, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and we couldn’t open or close the door easily—everything was the worst.
