“A great place to stay whenever you’re in Milan.”

The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. The continental breakfast cost 15€; it wasn’t a big spread but it was enough to fill you up. The hotel was within walking distance of the Milano Cathedral and Cardona train station. When we visited, there were a lot of road constructions, but it was quiet enough that it didn’t bother our afternoon naps.

It was at a really good location and the facilities were very clean. It was a bit cold. Also some of the staff were a bit irritated when we tried asking questions.

“Excellent rooms. Most friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location.”

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I split my stay into two 5‑day segments separated by 10 days. I asked for and was assigned a very quiet room (despite construction outside). The hotel kindly stored some of my luggage during the 10‑day interval, which was very helpful. When I checked back in for my second 5‑day stay, the staff had already put the stored luggage in the room – that’s attentive service. The hotel location is excellent. The tourist attractions (Duomo, etc.) are within walking distance, but the hotel is right near quiet, fashionable residential areas with many eateries and cafés where locals hang out. Laundry service (which is outsourced) could be improved.
