A beautiful, authentic, peaceful and magical place. Manuela is so kind, full of advice and lovely stories, and a true example of sustainability, love, and care for nature. Definitely recommend the orecchiette cooking class—an essential experience paired with a lovely dinner. The nature, the pool, and the three chickens made a difference for the kids.

The place sits a bit outside Cassano delle Murge, close to the beautiful Mercadante forest, and Cassano itself is a lovely village with a local producers market. What really stands out is the welcome and support from Manuela, who does everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and it works! The kitchen is a little small and the overall lighting is lacking in the evenings.

It’s located outside town on the edge of the national park, just a nice 2‑km walk to the nearest shops. The garden is large with outdoor seating and dining, and the eggs are fresh from Manuela’s chickens. It’s quiet, and the best part is probably Manuela herself—excellent English, a great personality, very helpful and kind. The only downside was the weather on a couple of occasions.

Manuela is a listening host who gives very good advice. The accommodation is quiet in a rural setting, with a good location near the beaches and tourist spots. A few small touches upon arrival, including an excellent olive oil, were appreciated. There really isn’t a weak point.

The owner was incredibly welcoming. The space was very beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. The garden was amazing—a real oasis of calm.
