We had a reservation for a month, but the front desk turned us away at the door, forcing us to find another hotel and pay double the room rate. They claimed the hotel was full, but that was the end of it—no accommodation at all, and we had to scramble for a place in the middle of the night. Not happy at all.

The rooms were clean, but there were only two small hand towels, one tiny soap, no shampoo, the TV was broken, and there was no Wi‑Fi. When I asked for more towels at the front desk, the staff handed me two from the laundry room and said that was the best they could do because the other set wasn’t fully dry.

It was fairly inexpensive, but the bathroom was full of cobwebs and active spider webs.

It was okay, yet there were live and dead spiders in the sink and bathtub, and no USB ports to charge my phone—just swapping out one outlet by the desk would have fixed that.
