1 double bed
“Aceptable pero hay q hacer mayor descripción de lo q ofrece”
Close to the beach. It seems geared toward couples; we were with kids and the only major entertainment was the pool, which should be clarified because it makes a difference.1
I liked the place, very pleasant.
“Un glamping sorpresivo cerquita de Lima”
We found this "glamping" by accident (we were just looking for accommodation near the beach). The photos made us think the accommodation were cabins, but we were told that for now there is only one house built and the offered accommodation are the tents (which didn’t bother us, as we usually camp). The interior atmosphere is nice, calm. It looks very pretty at night with the little lights on. The tents (two‑person rooms) face the pool, which is quite clean. The concept of an "outdoor shower" (i.e., in the bathroom but without a roof) was also pleasant. There is a jacuzzi and sauna, although we didn’t use them. (The jacuzzi is outdoors and not heated). As for the manager, Mr. Luis was very friendly, always ready to help and recommend places to eat, or even deliveries. (By the way, if you like pizza, we recommend La Buena Pizza, 3 mins by car or about 10‑15 mins on foot). I don’t know if all the tents, but ours had sealed windows. Because they’re plastic, there was a strong smell of that material, and the environment was very hot (despite the fan). Originally the tents did allow the windows to be opened, but for some reason they sealed them. There’s a single little window above that doesn’t open fully. While we liked Amay, we have suggestions: 1. Shower with a ceramic tile floor instead of cement, it’s cleaner; 2. A toilet paper holder (even if rustic). 3. An extra lamp in the room (outside the ceiling one). 4. Fix the mosquito net latch at the entrance – maybe a guest handled it poorly. 5. A piece of furniture to store clothes (for guests staying more than one or two nights) would be nice; what’s there now is good for small things. 6. A small table with at least a chair would help – not for breakfast, but as a space to write. The house looks very functional. We do suggest changing the turquoise green walls to a slightly more pleasant tone, less gloomy (though it’s a matter of taste). What we didn’t like isn’t about the accommodation, but the neighborhood: it’s still developing. Although Mr. Luis told us the area is calm and nothing happens, walking at night looking for a restaurant, or coming back from the beach, isn’t very pleasant (there’s a block between the entrance of the accommodation and the built area… but it’s a lonely, unlit, overgrown place, even a couple of dogs followed us, but fortunately nothing happened). Another thing: we wish the neighbors could agree to ask the municipality to control the excessive noise from the nearby gym: the noise of its music at night was unnecessarily loud. Luckily it stopped when the gym finished its hours.
The pool. Parking is outside and uncovered.
Nothing special. No beach nearby, private dock description. Private beach or total scam for the price. Sauna doesn’t work, nothing works.
