The spot was convenient and the staff were welcoming and helpful, but the floors were filthy and never vacuumed, and I found bed bugs.

“Don't recommend”

Location was fine but that's pretty much it. Disappointing to say the least. Room was somewhat clean but could have been much better. The lady at the desk upon check in seemed to know anything about the job, couldn't find my reservation, gave us the wrong rooms to begin with then found out we didn't need two rooms after all because the two rooms we were given initially had enough space in just one room, only 3 of us staying one night. Then had difficulty getting a refund but finally got it. Beds were very uncomfortable with small pillows, never got more pillows or towels when asked for them. No soap anywhere in the room at all, not even something on the wall to use to wash your hands with. No coffee available or much of anything the next morning and we checked out before 9am. Very disappointing and would not recommend

“Towels need more for my three day stay.”

The hotel offered no meat or pancakes, but there were litter bins for food. The swimming pool was a plus, and the desk staff were helpful.

“I didn’t feel safe or comfortable so no sleep was had.”

Crackheads were peeking into my car, loud, and living in the rooms around me; never again. You allow crackheads to stay in your rooms.
