The hotel was acceptable and clean, but it lacked amenities and the staff were friendly yet spoke little English.
The location was very good, rooms were spacious and it offered value for money, though the service was a bit slower.

The staff were polite, but we had to leave because of bed bugs; despite the staff repeatedly denying or improvising solutions like changing sheets, the room remained infested, and the alternative room directly opposite was also bug‑ridden, so we left and requested a refund.
