“To sum up my stay it was actually very nice, comfortable and clean.”
I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, especially the cinnamon waffle mix that came with the 4 small waffle makers. The only downside was having to pay an extra incidental fee, but it was refunded to my card the day after checkout.
“Worst experience I’ve ever had”
The staff were rude and forced me to leave because they claimed I wasn’t in their system even though I had already paid; she cursed at me, argued that it was my fault for using something, and even raised her hand at me while refusing to speak. I was in tears and begged her to be kind, but she didn’t. As someone with high anxiety, that nightmare experience made me feel like the staff were bullies who care nothing about guests.
