“Nice boutique hotel.”
The location was great, and WhatsApp communication worked well; once we realized the keypad was not a doorbell camera, access was easy. The room was very clean and simple, just what we needed for a good night's sleep, and it delivered. The two buildings face each other, with one containing safety deposit boxes. A sign over the digital keypad that would appear when on standby would have been helpful, and I was unsure which block to enter because there were no clear indicators for each building.
The location was very good. An unpleasant odor came from the bathroom, and the curtains did not fully cover the windows, letting light in early in the morning.
We truly enjoyed our stay; the hostel was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic—right in the heart of Marbella.

The place was close to town, and when I reported the lamp issue, a new bulb was installed the next day. The room I was assigned to was bland and poorly painted; the bedside lamp was broken, there was no chair, the electrical sockets were worn and made poor contact, which felt somewhat unsafe, and there were never enough toilet rolls.
