“Best hotel EVERR”
The hotel is the best in the world and the spa is unbeatable, but check‑in is always a headache; it never goes smoothly unless you have an Arab staff member, since non‑Arabs are usually not helpful.

We loved the private pool, beach access and privacy, and the on‑call butler service was excellent. The team went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday extra special, so it was everything I could ask for and more. It would have helped to share the reception process beforehand, because that was a bit confusing.

Very spacious. The pool isn’t temperature controlled, so it’s a hot over in the summer months—a waste of money for the lagoon access villas.

The villa’s spa area was a highlight, but the furniture felt old and worn. An unpleasant odor lingered throughout the villa, and because the main hotel was under refurbishment, there were very few child‑friendly facilities. The private pool wasn’t temperature‑controlled and often got uncomfortably hot during the day. Breakfast varied each day, with some requested items missing at times. Several power sockets in the villa didn’t work, and even after reporting the issue it wasn’t fully fixed during our stay.

It felt like a slice of heaven on earth, and there was nothing to complain about.
