The location was very good and the staff very friendly. The Nespresso machine with daily refilled capsules and the air conditioning were also positives. However, the room lacked a wardrobe and a clothes rack or similar, which was acceptable for the third night but still a drawback. The real issue that led to this low rating was an unpleasant odor, probably from the ventilation or the bathroom drains, which even seeped through the closed bathroom door into the bedroom (Junior Suite No. 25). This smell has been mentioned in other reviews as well, and for me it’s a reason not to book the hotel again.
