“Grazie Mille Clara.”
The host Clara is a great person, welcoming us with much friendliness and courtesy, giving us good recommendations, and on the day of checkout, when we were leaving very early, she left some food items for us to eat beforehand. The room is a good size, the bathroom is very clean and new, and the linens and towels are clean and fragrant. Breakfast includes croissants, bread, yogurt, cereal, juice, and she offers coffee that is very good and tasty. The location is the best part—close to the boat pier that circulates around the city, which allowed us to visit everything we planned thanks to the location. Thank you so much, Carla. The only issue was that during our stay the air‑conditioner seemed to have a temperature limit and stuck at 26 °C; although it was early October and it was warm, it was a bit hard for me to sleep because it was hot, but my wife, who is more sensitive to cold, found it fine. Since Venice has mosquitoes and my wife is allergic to bites, we couldn’t open the windows and let outside air circulate in the room; a mosquito net on the windows would have solved it, but perhaps that conflicts with local aesthetics. That was the only point to note, but it isn’t a serious concern.
