Everything was spotless, with no mold spots in the shower, and the staff were warm and helpful, giving me a feeling of complete well‑being, though there was a small step at the night entrance that was a bit annoying.

From the moment I was greeted, the reception was friendly, respectful, and warm, and the location was ideal—close to the Neckar, the city center, restaurants, public transport, and the train station, all within walking distance, and they were very accommodating to my dog. I was satisfied with everything, from the management to the breakfast service and the hotel itself, and left content.
