The suite was reasonably priced, yet the pool was out of order, the pull‑out bed didn’t work, and I was told to sleep on a mattress on the floor; the staff knew the bed was defective but didn’t inform me at check‑in.

The room was dirty, we needed a handicap ♿️ room with a walk‑in shower, but it was a full bed instead of a queen; there were signs of mice and we heard them in the walls.

The front desk guy was friendly, but the room was “clean” with peeling paint and scratches, no door to the bathroom, a shower that alternated between very hot and arctic cold, stiff bedding that smelled of smoke when I entered and later of weed; only a washcloth and hand towel were provided. Breakfast was bland, all items were cold except the waffle maker, and apple juice had something floating in it from the machine.

The outdoor area was okay, but the stairway to the parking lot was filthy and smelled awful; a freshener was sprayed to mask it, giving it a sweet poo scent. Inside the room, a lingering smoke smell remained after the freshener faded, and the smoke detector was unplugged and hanging like a set‑up—unacceptable.
