We booked 2 nights in their Double Room. It sits in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the main town centre. Lotte Mart, shops, and restaurants are nearby and easily reachable on foot. The accommodation was spacious, quiet, and clean.

I was really impressed with the attention to detail in this place - the towels were brand new, they even provided flip-flops, and the room was spotless. The air con worked fine, which was a relief. However, the balcony they promised us didn't actually belong to our room, and the furniture felt a bit cramped and uncomfortable. To top it off, the bathroom fan was super loud and the shower sink was a bit wonky, like a common problem in Vietnam.
