Gabriele, the manager, was really helpful and friendly, which made a big difference. The pools, however, stayed cold for most of the day and only switched to hot water around 5 p.m.; in winter they'd be better turned on a couple of hours earlier, say around 3‑4 p.m.

The spot is convenient and there are decent activities for kids, but the leisure area feels cramped given how many guests are around. The kitchen was missing basic utensils, tiny bugs kept popping up from the bathroom drain each day, and the mattress and pillows left a lot to be desired.
