“I like this hotel that’s why booked again but with some of the suggestions it be greater”

The room size and the bed was comfortable and I like that it has a TV in the room and access to WiFi. I appreciate that the staff accommodates me every time I stay with a ground floor room due to my disability. Staff are very nice 🥰 Food and Beverage options are handy in room caddy. 1) That room didn’t have remote available had to call a few times for it to arrive felt like I was a bug it’s unnecessary maybe just have the remote in room? 2) The step to bathroom should have a guarded edging 3) Bathroom needs safety measures the bathroom floor is slippery and so is the shower floor quite slippery. (Otherwise nice looking) 4) front view windows towards main road should be considered to have net curtains or blinds for privacy when curtains are opened potentially?

Definitely one of the best places to stay in London. It’s in a great spot, close to a station with underground trains that get you to central London in under 30 minutes. The staff are very polite and will fully involve themselves to solve any issue. For the price—one of the cheapest in all of London—you also get breakfast. It was a fantastic experience; we’ll return for sure. Thank you so much!

“Stay at Ax1”

The facilities were clean, the room comfortable with all the essentials, and the breakfast surpassed my expectations, offering milk and yoghurt in the fridge. The key for the outside door was the same as the room door, which made me feel slightly unsafe.

“Tæt på 0 stjerner hotel”

The location is very central. The double bed is 145 cm and there’s no roll‑away mattress or top mattress under the sheet, which is a hassle. Getting the key is cumbersome, and the shower cabin door wouldn’t close, letting water leak onto the floor.
