This hotel's got a great location, close to major offices, and the staff are super friendly and polite. The breakfast is excellent and it's a good value for the price. The bed is comfy and the interior looks high-end, feels like a 4-star property. That said, the fan was noisy, the closet didn't have a clothes rack so those hangers were useless, and there was no hair dryer. Also, had to ask at reception for dental kits.
