The price was good and the front desk staff was very nice. It was close to the freeway, which was good because I accidentally booked it 30 minutes from the event we were attending. The parking area was very small, making it a bit difficult to maneuver. The reason we booked this motel was because of the separate little bedroom with a door, I even called to confirm this. We were traveling with our teenage daughter, so that separate room was a must for her and the reason we wanted to stay there. Unfortunately, there was no door. It was completely open to the rest of the room. She did like having her own space and a little desk to do her makeup though. The biggest complaint was the obvious drug deals going on. There was a lot of "traffic"

The staff wasn't rude. I paid 165 for jacuzzi room and my room was beyond dirty. As soon as the windows steamed up you could see clear writings on the windows from previous stays. There was a USED NEEDLE in the window seal. We didn't use the shower until the next morning and when we did the bathroom floor got wet and caused the roaches to come out. I stepped out the shower and was greeted by 2 roaches. One ran away before I could grab my phone. My husband had leftover food from the night before that was left out and when we opened it in the morning there was a few roaches in it. Had the roaches been seen the night before we certainly would have left. When we left we informed the front desk the stay was terrible and all the issues we had and all she said was "Thank you. Have a great day". There should be some kind of standard all motels should have to maintain because filthiness, USED NEEDLES, and roaches is not only hazardous but outright DISGUSTING. Again, I paid $165 American dollars for this experience

The front desk person were nice. The running water all day and night. The prostitute fighting over getting her money banging on the door upstairs, had a burn hole in the sheets.No ice
