“A super nice hotel next to the city centre of Maastricht”
We stayed at this boutique hotel in a great spot near Maastricht’s city centre, and the owner Kevin was incredibly welcoming, doing everything he could to ensure a smooth stay. The team really goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. We appreciated the generous check‑out time and the early check‑in, which must have required extra effort to prepare the rooms on time. Though we only stayed one night, we’d gladly return. Thanks, Kevin, for taking such good care of us. One additional concern: earlier this year we received a notification about a data breach involving a hotel reservation system also used by this hotel; a more proactive approach, such as informing guests about what happened and what personal data may have been compromised, would have been appreciated. A couple of minor issues: the fridge in the room was quite noisy, so we unplugged it to enjoy the peace and quiet; the toilet seat was loose, which we mentioned at check‑out; and finally, we found the price for one night to be quite steep.
