Great location and flawless service. We stayed at this B&B and overall the experience was positive. Special thanks to Diana, who, even though we never met her in person, was always available and attentive to our needs from the booking stage. Very useful, especially for those arriving by car, the option to arrange parking in advance near the B&B, considering it sits inside a ZTL. The attention to small details also made a difference. The location is definitely a strong point: the B&B is in the heart of town, convenient for reaching the sea, the staircases leading to the Old Village and the Aragonese Castle. The place is nice and clean, and the room, suitable for three people, was comfortable with good beds. However, a few aspects could be improved with minor interventions. The building housing the B&B is somewhat neglected and the landing would benefit from more maintenance. Adding a few towel hangers in the bathroom would also help. The pigeon problem on the window sills needs solving, perhaps with a deterrent or mechanical system. Breakfast, served at Bar Nero Caffè, was good quality and the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. In conclusion, a good experience, especially for the strategic location, cleanliness, room comfort and excellent assistance received. With a few small maintenance fixes and additional precautions, the place could truly reach an excellent level. The building, pigeons on the windows that force you to keep them closed and dirty the sill.
