Friendly staff. Soft bed. There were no handtowels. No spoons for the coffee. And the noice was absolutely horrific. If we slept 2 hrs - i would never recommend this place. It looks good but the dogs barked so much and the people were extremely noisy

Waking up to see the ducks in the pond gave an amazing view; my daughter had a great time and my wife found the room comforting.

I appreciated the warm welcome and the friendly staff, but I was surprised to learn that you have to pay a fee for guests to visit, a detail I only discovered at the venue, which was a first for me after staying at both the most expensive and cheapest places.

The room was beautiful and roomy, and Jason was especially kind and helpful, a real gem, yet there was no water in the evening, which was very inconvenient; around 6 the water returned but there was no hot water, so I left the guest house without showering because I had to be home, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, so I had to bring my own.

The friendly staff and decent facilities were definite positives, but unfortunately, that was about it for me. I didn't encounter any major issues, but I also didn't experience anything particularly memorable or impressive during my stay. It was a fairly average experience, but I was expecting more.
