“Un sejur perfect”
The staff were friendly, the food was varied, and it was quiet. I have nothing to criticize.

We’ve been here before and everything was great then, and it’s still great now. The food is fine, the service is fine. The room has modern furnishings and the air conditioning works well. The pool temperatures are pleasant, especially the indoor pool. One downside: in the evenings only the bar in the lobby is open. Unfortunately, there are only two bartenders for so many guests. It’s not that they’re slow, but physically they can’t handle that many people. Sometimes you had to wait 15 minutes.

The location is very nice, even though it’s a bit of a walk to the beach. The exit behind the pools is well placed to shorten the walk to the beach (ask at reception for the access bracelet in exchange for 10 euros that you get back when you leave!). The food is very good and diverse; there’s plenty to choose from no matter how picky you are. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are very helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Having 5 elevators in the hotel is an advantage for its guests. The attitude of the ladies at reception was a little lacking. At check‑in they should have informed you about details such as the access bracelet for the back gate; I found out about it after two days.
