The pools, the room, and the gym (when the AC was on) were good. The waiter on the beach was awesome ("mafia!!!"). Most of the staff don’t really speak English, making communication very difficult. The beach was pretty small, had no music, but they cleaned it every day. I didn’t realize that ultra all-inclusive doesn’t include lemonade or fresh juices; energy drinks were also extra charge. Food at the à la carte Turkish was terrible, and the burger at the snack bar was horrible.

Everything surpassed what we expected. The staff were very friendly, not driven by tips but simply following the standard. The food was delicious, drinks varied, events and animations interesting, the pool large with plenty of loungers. Throughout the hotel there were many spots to spend time and no crowd anywhere. Everything was better than it should have been. The only downside was the sea: the descent was oddly paved with slabs, the water reached the edge and was a bit murky from passing motorboats.

Nice pool and good water aerobics classes. Food was good and healthy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very welcoming and supportive. The private beach and Italian restaurant dinner were great. The hotel is 18+, but entertainment was weak, only one show in the evening and everything quiet after that. During the day I heard only one aerobics offer. There were two places to eat during the day, and on the first evening we arrived at 10 pm; the restaurant, supposed to stay open until 11 pm, was already closing… thanks to one employee who let us eat something. Staff were not very friendly; I wouldn’t say it was worth the price. For that price, there should have been much more. Staff at the bars and main restaurant seemed tired and angry.
