Everyone I met was friendly, the front desk offered thoughtful recommendations, the place was quiet and spotless, and the rooms felt updated and well maintained.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable; I appreciated the blackout shades and decent breakfast. However, there were no highchairs for my toddler, the bed frames were too large for the mattress, and the rooms were small.

The price was good and there was a pool, but the outdoor area didn't match the photos, the breakfast bar was empty, the pancake machine was out of pancakes for half an hour, and the breakfast staff looked dirty. The rooms were small.

It was a good location to cedar point. Staff was not very friendly or around. The entire hotel was dirty. Elevator walls and floor. Lobby has stains on furniture. Breakfast bar was lacking in supply of food
