The location is great, you do have to walk half an hour to the center but it’s a pleasant walk for the elderly, far from noise, amazing view from the terrace, large room. The staff don’t always understand what you want, English is not good, the beef dinner is bland and uninteresting. The towels aren’t clean, very dirty, and the shower is uncomfortable.

The staff welcomed me with genuine concern, especially when I arrived feeling ill after a 13‑hour drive from Manali, and the owner personally checked on me.

The hotel's location was a major plus, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the cleanliness of the room was also a highlight - it was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the service was a letdown, with staff seeming a bit disorganized and not very attentive. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location made up for the subpar service, making it a decent choice for a short stay.
