The spot is ideal for visiting the pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum—plan for 4‑5 hours there. The breakfast buffet is solid, and the lunch and dinner menus are very good. Other hotels nearby may have restaurants, but having one on site is unbeatable. Giza is noisy and busy—a fascinating slice of culture—but this hotel, tucked right in the middle, offers great sunrise and sunset views from its rooftop dining area. We stayed in room 506, a larger room with street and pyramid view. Uber rides are very inexpensive. The bathroom is tiny, and some furnishings could use an update.
