“I will never stay there again”

There was very little to offer. The building was run down and the staff and manager were not good.

“I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the hotel”

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, making everyone feel welcome. In the evenings they served fresh baked cookies, and they had breakfast grab bags ready for those who were short on time.

The room, facilities, and breakfast were great. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They were there for the Indy 500, and I loved the race‑themed décor, gift bag, and rain ponchos.

“I wouldn’t be my first or second option.”

The elevator smelled, and a dog in the room above me barked for hours. I checked in at 3 pm but couldn’t enter my room until 5:30 pm because it wasn’t clean. Bri was helpful.
