The parking right in front of the building was great and the location was convenient. In the Andel district there’s a nice ostrich farm, and Bernkastel Kues is pleasant to walk to. The air‑conditioning worked well, the double bed was comfortable, and the host was very friendly. Unfortunately, the apartment isn’t recommended in summer; even with the blinds down it was still quite hot. Overall, everything feels rather old‑fashioned and carpeted. For larger people it’s cramped and low, and you need to be able to walk both to the front door and into the apartment. The top floor is directly above the host, sharing a common entrance.

The apartment is well equipped and especially suitable for cyclists thanks to the lockable storage. The bathroom is very tight and not really fit for bigger folks.
