The sea‑view rooms had a nice outlook. The cutlery at breakfast was dirty several times, glasses too, and the pool had a green tint for two days.

They upgraded my room and the view was amazing—thanks a ton, Sarah, from the reception. You’re incredible.

The hotel is in a very nice spot and the modern reception makes a good first impression. The rooms are well equipped and fine. We also liked the large, beautiful pool area. The pool was greenish on the first two days and it took several days to become clean again. The pool bar was disappointing—no music, no animation, and the cocktails weren’t great. In the room, the shower head was loose, so it kept falling off while showering. The restaurant area was especially disappointing: the outdoor terrace is behind high concrete walls and feels like a bunker. The outdoor space wasn’t prepared for breakfast or dinner, and if you wanted to sit outside you had to keep reminding staff. The glasses were repeatedly dirty; even after repeated requests they weren’t replaced or cleaned. The food selection was okay, but the dishes weren’t labeled. Meat and fish were sometimes freshly grilled on request, but you had to wait a long time because only one cook handled it. The bicycles offered were also unusable; at reception we were even advised not to use them because they weren’t maintained. All four bicycles in front of reception actually had broken tires.

The location is great and the pool area is nicely designed. Prices at the pool bar are absolutely reasonable, and the food truck is a nice addition if you want a quick bite. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. The air‑conditioning was especially annoying: it seemed linked to a light or motion sensor and would shut off automatically whenever the light was turned off, so it didn’t work at night. Our ground‑floor room was exposed to a lot of noise; from about 1 to 2 am the garbage truck was heard regularly. Bus traffic was also noticeable because the windows weren’t well sound‑proofed. Inside the hotel, conversations from neighboring rooms were clearly audible. The bathroom was very small, and the shower wasn’t properly sealed, so water would leak out of the shower enclosure. Breakfast and dinner were generally fine, but the dishes were often not clearly labeled, so it was hard to tell which meals contained meat and which were vegetarian. The dining room felt more like a cafeteria than a cozy hotel restaurant. We also found the drinks billing odd: you had to sign a receipt when ordering, then present it again at the cashier after eating—something we hadn’t seen in other hotels. In short, we expected much more, especially in terms of quiet, room comfort, and organization.
