From the start the room was clean, the reception staff were great, the location was excellent, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was solid. Cleaning was mediocre; sometimes they forgot to put out toilet paper, the bedding wasn’t changed even once in two weeks, towels were changed a couple of times and smelled bad, breakfasts were good but became boring after a week, soup was sometimes very smelly, watermelons were always underripe, and oranges were always very tough and very sour.

The location was decent and the beach was nearby. The hotel is in an alley, one side is good and you can’t hear the road, but taxis can’t get in. Overall everything was fine. Cleaning is like everywhere in Asia and not perfect. There is no balcony and nowhere to dry swimwear.

The room on the 20th floor was good and clean, the sea view was nice, and it was close to the pool. The breakfast selection wasn’t huge but I never felt hungry. The location is on the second line, but it’s not a problem; it only takes an extra 2 minutes to walk. Nearby is an inexpensive shop, massage parlors, and tasty cafés. It’s cheaper than the first line.

The room itself was spotless, even the limescale on the shower glass was cleaned. Every day fresh towels and bathrobes were provided (and for the beach you could ask for an extra towel at reception – it was blue, not white). The price for the stay was good. The staff were always ready to help. The air‑conditioner worked well and there were no technical problems with any of the room’s appliances (fridge, TV). The “ticket” system for food was a bit awkward. There was a tiny rooftop pool that was never used. There was no common area like a chill zone (the roof could have served that purpose). Occasionally the elevator queues were short. It might be better to pay extra for a view (ours overlooked the old part of town).

Very convenient and comfortable hotel. Clean, tasty breakfasts, and a wonderful sea view! I liked everything about this hotel.
