The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, the garage was excellent, and the location was decent—perfect for the mall—but one of our two rooms had a cold water problem.

The facilities, room, bed, and pool were excellent. The breakfast service was first‑come, first‑served, and because of the airport departure time I couldn’t make use of it. It would be better to have a self‑serve breakfast buffet, as seen in other regional hotels; that would be ideal, and for more specific requests they can still be handled by order.

It’s a nice hotel, has what you need, and is close to the shopping centre. I could hear other guests talking or even laughing when they watched movies at night. Maybe I was unlucky, but the acoustic isolation should be better.
