“I would definitely stay in the lovely boutique hotel again”
The spot was perfect and the room was flawless, but there was no iron and after a day of traveling my clothes ended up crushed.

Everything was fine, but I'm particular—many people in the UK like to start the day with a cup of tea, so a decent sized cup would have been a nice touch.

The location was excellent, the building was beautiful, clean, and tastefully furnished, and the welcome was very kind.

The location was good, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel sits 7‑10 minutes from the Quadrilatero and Piazza Maggiore, and it’s also near one of the city rings with a public parking spot about 500‑600 meters away; the staff were efficient and friendly, and we received free coffee and water in the room upon arrival. The interior is well preserved, the rooms have everything you need (even a sauna), but the entrance is on a narrow, peripheral alley with little lighting and little appeal; also be aware that city taxes are high (not the hotel’s fault!). The shower was a bit narrow and small.
