The rooms are very good and the staff is great. The restaurant is also recommended. It's a shame that the bar was not so well equipped.

The hotel is in a very central spot, and the tram stop is only 2 minutes away. The only TV channel available is RTL, and the breakfast could use some improvement.

The room was very nice and clean. The dinner service seemed ill‑prepared; the waiter didn’t bring the menu until we asked several times, and the food took a long time to arrive, although there were no other guests in the restaurant. We concluded that the dining area is rarely used. The location in the basement without a window felt rather inconvenient.

The hotel is friendly and offers a tasty breakfast, parking, and an outdoor area. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and engaging, and we enjoyed being served by Lukas and Mateusz, who are passionate about their work and proud of their city; they even convinced us to stay several more hours the next day instead of leaving early as we had planned. The hotel is generally very pleasant and in a perfect location, so everything you need is within walking distance. Private parking in the hotel yard is very practical and safe. Unfortunately, the mattresses were too soft, which was not convenient for our sensitive backs.
