In the middle of the palm grove, the bungalow was comfortable, the floating market was nearby, the hostess was friendly, and arriving the day before let me enjoy the market in the morning after an excellent breakfast.

The resort is a tiny gem with eight bungalows that were spotless and exactly what we needed; the hosts were welcoming, and the main guy even gave us free transport to the center that evening. I love how homey the place feels, with a well‑kept patio, and it’s close to a coconut plantation where you can borrow a traditional boat for a short row. The best surprise was that breakfast was included in the price we paid, something that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. They also told us the optimal time to visit the floating market—arrive at 8.30 to beat the crowds from Bangkok, and you’ll have a quiet morning before it gets lively. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about; it’s all positive.
