The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. However, it was very loud; a party was happening that night and although we didn’t hear the party itself, at 2 am when people were kicked out, dozens of loud people outside our window waited for taxis until 3 am, waking us. We were also awakened by drilling at 8 am on Sunday.
“Lovely stay”
The room was very clean, the breakfast was lovely, and we also enjoyed a nice evening meal.
“Very disappointing”
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty and generous, but the bed was broken and horribly uncomfortable, leaving me unable to sleep before a full day's work, and I couldn’t get a manager to discuss it or receive a reply to my email.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we couldn’t say enough good things about this lovely place to stay.
“A wonderful, friendly family Place to stop off along our coastal holiday.”
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was fabulous, and the room was lovely and spacious, but there were no curtains in the bedroom so light woke us all early, the windows felt open despite being closed and the traffic outside was very noisy, and the shower cubicle filled up to our ankles and nearly flooded the bathroom.
