“Great hotel, would recommend and will be returning when back in London!”

Everyone on the team was welcoming, polite, professional, and lovely—clearly the recruiters and trainers know what they’re doing. The location was perfect for our needs and the hotel was quiet. The downstairs aroma was amazing, the bar was good, the interior looked great, and the room was very nice with all those personalized little details that made it special. The only downside was that the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work, but that was only a minor inconvenience for one night, and there could have been an iron in the room.

The staff were incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. The room came with everything I could ask for—facial tissue, a kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, a dental kit, and more. I also appreciated the street view from the gym. However, given the property’s quality standards and price, I expected complimentary water in the rooms; instead, only one bottle was provided on arrival.

“Great Syau”

Comfortable beds, good room size, helpful staff. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice. We could use more coffee, tea and milk in the room, and the minibar only had two bottles of water. An iron would be a nice addition.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the hotel itself was spacious, clean, and lovely. The only issue was that one of the plugs in the room had seen better days.
