The place was filthy from the lobby all the way to our room. Dried vomit sat in the bathroom sink, the floors felt sticky and clearly hadn’t been mopped, the counters were untouched, and there was a moldy cheese dip in the fridge. The room had been made but the bedding was either dirty or stained. We checked out right after arrival and asked for a refund, which is still pending. The location isn’t great either.

The elevator was broken and they assigned us a room on the 4th floor, so we cancelled. At check‑in, police were at the front desk because a man on the property was waving a gun; the police were monitoring the security cameras.

The AC didn’t work, the fans were dead, half the lights were out, smoke detectors were broken, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping.
