I appreciated that the staff respected the do‑not‑disturb sign and were centrally polite, but I was disappointed for the first time with the room’s cleanliness: the bedsheets looked used, with visible stains and several strands of straight hair on the pillow and surrounding area; the curtains had noticeable stains as well, giving the impression the room hadn’t been properly cleaned; I even had to wipe down some surfaces myself with my own disinfectant wipes. This was especially disheartening given my consistently positive experiences in the past, and I hope the hotel will pay more attention to cleanliness in the future.
