The TV didn’t work properly, wouldn’t turn off correctly, and I had to leave it on all the time; the night volume control only worked within 6 inches of the TV.

The rooms are always well kept and spotless, and the service is always great.

The location is fine, but there is a terrible smell, the rooms are disgusting, towels are like dirt, it's a trashy hotel.

The place is clean, and there's nothing to complain about.
