They advertise swimming pool but it only opens at 9 am. Could not do my early morning swim like I do daily. Also trying to get my money back from Bookings .com as the hotel charged my card for the nights stay aswell as bookings .com. hotel states that bookings.com forwarded the card number to them. So they charged it. I thought that I get a discount through you and your charge is actually more than what they charged. 6602398324 is my reservation number to the Sheridan Whyam hotel. I would like to clear that up before I start my return trip. As it would depend which app I use for my hotel stays as you know there is quite a few and I use priceline and as well. We booked a comfort bigger room and it was quite small. Plus as I said got charged by you as well as hotel please sort this out
