How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Very close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops; easy access; the owner and staff are diligent and friendly. I think the comfort could be better, even though it’s simple; I missed maintenance on paint and internal finishes.

Cleanliness, tidiness, comfort, reception✅. No parking, kitchen access through a different entrance, and the street in front has many noisy vehicles.

I was disappointed because the bed was uncomfortable, there was no Wi‑Fi, the shower was tiny and didn't heat up well.

The staff were super attentive and gave great tips about the city. I had no complaints at all.

The place is in a fantastic spot, just a few minutes from Praia Grande. Host Andreia is always available and very approachable.
