It was convenient, especially to reach the conference. I didn’t waste time in traffic traveling to Gallagher Conference Center. The facility is generally clean. No refreshments such as tea and small equipment like kettle, microwave. Maybe it would help if I had checked for it prior to booking.

The location was close to where I needed to be for the whole stay, which was great. However, the facilities were not what I had booked and later requested, even though I was assured they would be there. I asked if there would be a refrigerator in the room, was told yes, but when I arrived I was told that was not correct, so I couldn’t cool my essential refreshments after a long day, which was the main reason I booked. I also asked for an iron and was not provided with one. I requested towels, but they were only brought on Saturday after I asked on Friday. The curtains in the room were a mess and not hung properly, leaving gaps that let in outside light. The basin at the counter and tap didn’t work, the bathroom basin leaked and flooded, and we even had to ask for a mop. The entrance to the accommodation was extremely difficult and not car friendly; I suggest it be leveled and tarred, as some of us have low or small cars.
