“Une expérience à vivre à Demre”

B&B located in a historic building still furnished in its original style, which won us over with its character. Excellent location in town, close to the centre and the road to the historic site of Myra. Pleasant patio and terrace where you can enjoy local pastries bought across the street (the B&B does not serve breakfast but offers unlimited filter coffee). The owner is also charming. The experience was truly unique during our stay in Turkey where we stayed in several more classic/modern hotels. The vintage windows in the rooms let in street noise as if the windows were open, but the charm of the place outweighs this inconvenience. Same for the gas station right next to the hotel, which was absolutely not disturbing!

“Personál nehovoří anglicky, ale domluvili jsme se. :)”

This place has a lovely retro vibe and is super close to the city center. However, the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd expect, but I guess that's understandable since I booked at the last minute and they might not have had time to tidy up.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. That's about all I can say, unfortunately.

For the price, I thought the hotel was a decent value. The location was great, and the guy who checked me in spoke pretty good English. The rooms were a bit basic, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The location was the only good thing about this place - it was close to everything. Unfortunately, it smelled like a barn.
