“took one look. walked away and stayed elsewhere”
I was disappointed that there was no breakfast, and the place looked dirty and poorly maintained, so I asked for a refund.

The laundry machine was useful, but the delay in receiving the access codes, the neighbour’s loud voice in the adjacent room, poor insulation, and constant street noise at night ruined our sleep, and the bathroom door could not be locked with a key.

The spot was very convenient, close to the city centre and a Tesco, and I could not hear street noise from my room. However, the self‑check‑in was confusing because no one was there to greet us, and I arrived by chance with other lost travellers; the phone support was helpful but seemed tired. The room was basic—no bedside table, no towel rack (the bath towel had to be left in the shared bathroom). The bed was decent but not amazing. The bathroom door had to be forced or slammed shut, which startled me in the middle of the night. Cleaning was acceptable but not detailed; for instance, the kitchen host was so oily that I ended up with oil droplets in my food while cooking.

The location near the city centre was great, the property was clean, and the shower was excellent with a very roomy bathroom, but I wished there had been a TV in my bedroom even though one was in the living room.

1. The location is pretty good, only 10-15 mins walk from the train station 2. Size was enough for one person. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. 3. Bathroom was better than most airbnbs I see in Scotland. 1. There was no fridge, one would've been better 2. The toilet seat was weird, it slipped and I thought it was about to snap 3. The door to the room had frosted glass, so there was some potential disturbance from the light in the living room at night. Also, the room and bathroom didn't feel the most secure. 4. The entry procedure was slightly confusing, there were multiple key boxes on the front door, wasn't sure at first which one was correct
