“Beautiful apartment in a great location with a wonderful host”
This place is gorgeous and had everything we could wish for: two bedrooms, a tiny kitchen, and a short walk to the old city. The air‑conditioning in the rooms kept us cool in the heat, and the showers were great. Cossima was very kind and responsive, letting us stash our suitcases while we left for brunch. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfy, stylish, central, and good value. We used the kitchen a lot. The only downside was the stairs to the room, which would have been tough with bags unless the host helped. Cosima greeted us, assisted with the stairs, and shared travel tips, which we appreciated.
Cosima is approachable and incredibly kind. The studio matches the photos.

A nice, quality stay with good Wi‑Fi, AC, and sound‑proofing. The photos probably show both of the offered apartments. Our balcony in the Ulivo apartment looked out onto the old‑town lane, but it was only about 2.5 feet wide. There were no garden chairs (maybe due to space) and no usable patio or veranda. That was a reason for our booking, and weather-wise it wouldn’t have worked anyway. Maybe I misread the description? If it matters, ask again before booking.

The property is beautiful and the location is great. The host was very friendly and we were close to all the sights. The AC didn’t work well the whole stay, making nights a bit uncomfortable. A fan would have helped.
