The private villa had a pool that was great for playing with the kids, the management was good, and the lobby restaurant was tasty and cheaper than any local spot, but the room 1117 was privately owned rather than managed by the resort, so although they came daily to maintain it and there were no inconveniences, the bathroom and underground laundry area needed repairs.

The pool, the manager’s availability, the size of the villa, and the cleanliness were all fantastic, making the house very nice. The location is a bit far from town, forcing you to take a Grab to get around, and staff can show up at any hour even though you’ve rented the place. For instance, a group of four with the manager inspected the pool without warning, startling us while we were relaxing and cutting into the privacy a private villa should give.

“Excellent + Excellent + Excellent!”

Excellent + Excellent + Excellent! 6 of us stayed in the Sailing Villa with a private pool. The first "Excellent" goes to the incredibly supportive villa team. The pre-arrival arrangements from the villa managers, Nguyen Thuan and Nguyen Huong, were amazing. They were so helpful before we even arrived, arranging our airport pick-up, fulfilling our special request for yoga mats, and organizing a stop at a local restaurant before heading to the villa. They also handled our show pre-bookings, provided great SPA recommendations, and sorted all the bookings smoothly and with high quality. Both managers were on standby for our requests even late at night. For instance, when the air-conditioning got a bit noisy late one night, I informed Huong, and she arrived at our villa within 10 minutes to resolve the issue immediately. Truly impressive! The second "Excellent" is the hardware. The villa is spacious and luxurious—there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to do yoga at the same time in the common room! All the rooms were spotless, and we loved the smart TVs, the big swimming pool, and the beautifully maintained garden. The third "Excellent" is the location. It’s great—just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, a 5-minute walk to the SPA, and a 5-minute free golf cart ride to the beach (Sailing Club—same group). It’s also only about 20 minutes to the city center to enjoy all kinds of local food and the night market. Once again, a huge thank you to both Huong and Thuan for their excellent, hearty service and the lovely gifts they gave us. Really appreciated, highly recommended, and we will definitely return!

The villa is amazing, the whole resort is great, and the pool is fantastic! The staff are helpful and will arrange everything—don’t hesitate to ask. The nearby beach isn’t ideal because the hotels there dump sewage into the sea; you’ll need to take a Grab to other beaches.
