The view and room were very beautiful, but the receptionist checked my room incorrectly and was not very friendly.

The pool is great, but the breakfast spread and food quality are lacking, and the lobby has a weird, cigarette smell.

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Incheon and it was an exceptional experience in every detail. The hotel sits in a lively spot right in the city center, making getting around a breeze, especially since it’s close to the train station. The views from the hotel are outstanding, and for the best experience I strongly recommend choosing a Suite; its view is unmatched and adds a special touch to your stay. I also want to praise the staff—they were excellent and courteous, reflecting the professional service level of Hilton hotels. A perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort and luxury in the heart of Incheon.

“性价比不高。超收款遲遲不退款。”

The view over Hongshan Lake from the window was lovely and the bathroom supplies were restocked quickly and completely, with fresh linens changed every day. The air‑conditioning only blew air without cooling, so I sweated through the night under the blanket, and the room’s location right next to the elevator meant the morning rush of guests and the running machinery kept me awake. While I was having breakfast, the staff kept sweeping near the tables, and the cups and soup bowls given to guests were still wet, apparently not dried after washing. When I checked out they held a deposit that exceeded what I actually spent and didn’t return the excess promptly; after two days with no refund I had to contact management.
