The hotel is in the city center, very close to all tourist sites; the staff are very friendly and help immediately when there’s a problem. Breakfast is extra and can be taken directly from the reception. We would definitely come back and strongly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and mosques, but the first room we received had a damp smell, a ceiling leak, and a bathroom that was far below standard with mould everywhere. The staff were unfriendly and didn't do enough to make guests comfortable; after I complained the room was swapped, yet the new room still had ants even though it was on the second floor. Housekeeping barely cleans—only towels are changed, bedding stays the same, and toilets aren't cleaned daily; the whole cleaning routine takes only 5 minutes. Overall, the place is not worth the price and needs a renovation.

I was delighted with the hotel's ideal location in the heart of Sultanhamet, close to restaurants and major attractions, and the staff were lovely. The view of the mosque and sea was stunning. However, the hotel could do with a bit of renovation, and the steep alleyway leading to it might be challenging for people with mobility issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location near the horse racing track, the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's facilities were beautifully designed. I've stayed here twice now, and I have to say that I've been thoroughly impressed both times.
